Yia Yia | NOWNESS x Grand Dishes | DOP

This is a short film I filmed and edited in Corfu with Grand Dishes and NOWNESS. It features a warm and powerful grandmother from the island as she cooks a meal on an open flame. Anastasia/Yia Yia is preserving traditional cooking techniques and a heartfelt approach to food that is less and less present in modern Greece. It was a real privilege to spend a week with her creating this film.
